In House Design + Pre-press
Our MAC and PC friendly Pre-Press Department is experienced and efficient at getting files ready for proofing and press. Once the press proofs have been approved we work diligently to produce press plates using our chemical-free CTP system.
Pre-Press Equipment includes: MAC and PC workstations, Epson Stylus Pro 9600 Wide Format Printer, Heidelberg Suprasetter A74 CtP (Computer-to-Plate) system
Offset Press + Digital press
Pronto has the latest offset and digital presses. You can expect the same superior print quality as the Pan AM bid books because they were printed on Pronto equipment. Our Xerox iGen digital press can handle paper weights up to 18pt and sizes of 14” x 20”. The 2 colour Heidelberg GTO offset press excels at letterhead and envelopes of any size. Finally, our highly productive 5 colour and 29” wide Heidelberg SM74 will brings full colour brochures, newsletters, and booklets to life with crisp detail and the ability to apply coatings inline.

Digital Press Equipment includes: Xerox IGen3, Xerox Nuvera
Bindery + Finishing
To compliment our printing capabilities, we offer full bindery and finishing capabilities. These include Heidelberg high speed folders, Duplo collator and booklet maker and a CP Bourg automatic perfect binder. In addition to our highly productive large finishing equipment, we have an assortment of small but important finishing equipment. These include round corner, 3 hole drill and a Morgana Autocreaser. Pronto’s full line of bindery and finishing equipment offers solutions and flexibility for every project.
